Didn't give a reason for unblock; I presume this is what they want to know. Daniel Case (talk) 17:02, 16 October 2009 (UTC)

Reason: Blocked by Procseebot a couple of weeks ago, user Optakeover (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · block log) is requesting an unblock. They look to be a reasonable candidate for IP block exemption if this is still open, though. Thanks! Syrthiss (talk) 19:20, 3 November 2009 (UTC)
- {{oproxy}}, it's still open. -- zzuuzz (talk) 19:38, 3 November 2009 (UTC)

Reason: Unblock request on User talk:MFGV.3. Proxy block is from April 2008 so it may have changed status since then. Thanks! Syrthiss (talk) 12:53, 10 November 2009 (UTC)
- This IP appears to belong to http://cproxy.cz, probably best described as an anonymising proxy. There's likely no change in status since the block. -- zzuuzz (talk) 13:11, 10 November 2009 (UTC)
- Alright, thanks. Syrthiss (talk) 13:20, 10 November 2009 (UTC)

Anonymous user at 213.133.99.6 is requesting an unblock; his IP falls within this range, which is blocked as an OP. -Jeremy (v^_^v Stop... at a WHAMMY!!) 14:12, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
- I don't know what the consensus is for rangeblocks for dedicated server providers, but IMO there's very few legitimate reasons for edits to be coming from this range, and if there is one, can be best handled by block exemption. Q T C 07:54, 14 November 2009 (UTC)
- {{notaproxy}}, the IP is now softblocked, range block unaffected. -- zzuuzz (talk) 20:38, 29 November 2009 (UTC)

Reason: Luk has a /16 rangeblock on this for a blocked proxy from May of this year, and a user Henry Merriam (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · page moves · block user · block log) (2008 account, 1 edit back then) is requesting an unblock. Thanks! Syrthiss (talk) 13:09, 16 November 2009 (UTC)
- Same as the above, somebody should poke an admin board and see what the consensus is. Q T C 16:40, 16 November 2009 (UTC)

This IP address has made an unblock request, denying being an open proxy. עוד מישהו Od Mishehu 09:13, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
- Saw this in CAT:UNBLOCK, so I did a little checking. Appears to still be a proxy per this. @Kate (talk) 09:52, 26 November 2009 (UTC)
- {{opblocked}}, still an open proxy. -- zzuuzz (talk) 20:35, 29 November 2009 (UTC)
