Wikipedia:WikiProject Missing encyclopedic articles/Thomson-Reuters most cited scientists

According to the article "The Distorted Mirror of Wikipedia: a Quantitative Analysis of Wikipedia Coverage of Academics", Wikipedia is missing coverage of a large number of notable scientists from the Thomson Reuters list of highly cited researchers. There are over 6,000 names on the Thomson-Reuters list, but only a selection of these missing names are provided here at a time, to avoid copyright concerns. As names are removed from this list, more will be added.

The complete online directory can be found here.

Scientists without sufficient coverage edit

Almost all of the Thompson-Reuters researchers pass the academics' notability standards under criteria 1 (made significant contributions to their respective fields) and 2 (received international recognition for it), but some of them seem not to have received enough in-depth coverage in reliable sources to allow a verifiable Wikipedia biography to be written, yet. If you believe you have identified such a scientist, please move their name to this table.
