Washington State Route 527 edit

This article is currently under expansion (by me), and I hope this could be a GA after improvements. Suggestions? ~~ ĈĠ Simple? 01:52, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • Comment Couldn't you have waited until you finished the article before sending it off to PR? –Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 01:58, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

    • WP:LEAD You have unreferenced, new information in your lead. Leads should not introduce new information, but should be a recap of the article. (1970 signs)
    • In the RD you have already defined the abbreviation for a state route, you don't need to do it again.
    • Please finish writing the RD. There are sentence fragments as well as poorly worded sentences as well.
    • Missing cite for the first paragraph of history
    • "The first stage involved widening the roadway to five-seven lanes between" is unclear, is it 5 or 7 or between 5>7 lanes depending on where you are at on that stretch.
    • WP:ELG - this is not a freeway, do not list all roads, only intersections with other state routes.
    • No access to westbound SR 96 / Access to westbound SR 96 is redundant in the notes field
    • Your table has too many cells in it, please make sure your col/row span is set correctly.
    • WP:CITE - (in English) is redundantly. Remove it.
  • Comment The RD doesn't need the subheaders. It would also be nice if the block references weren't 9 refs thick. –Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 21:51, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
    • Seconded, if you are going to multi cite, please put the cite right after the information, not at the end of the sentence --Admrboltz (talk) 21:54, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • So... what do I do? Be more specific. ~~ ĈĠ Simple? 22:06, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
    • If you have something like "bob said julie was cute and wanted to marry her.[1][2][3], make it "bob said julie was cute[1] and wanted to marry her.[2][3]" or something, break up those long chunks of references. --Admrboltz (talk) 22:08, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
    • Isn't there a way to limit the blocks of refs to ~3 citations? –Juliancolton Tropical Cyclone 23:04, 27 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment - WA 527 nominated at GAN. ~~ ĈĠ Simple? 23:25, 30 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
