Rules for awarding barnstars

1. You may only have 1 of the normal barnstars, and any amount of others
2. You may not give any other barnstar than what is here for this drive.

   If you want to, propose it on the drive's talk page.

3. Other wikiProjects may award too.

Rules for having barnstars

1. You may have only 1 normal barnstar and any amount of any barnstar.

Instructions

1. Find a userspace draft that wasn't edited for 6 months at least.

2. You are there, at an draft, make sure that it wasn't edited for 6 months.

3. Check that the user is inactive.

4. Notify the user. Make sure to do that just in case the user comes back. (It happened to me once)

5. Move to the WikiProject.

6. when moved, replace the userspace draft template by __NOINDEX__, also put a colon for the categories.

7. Assess it and put the Donated template on.

8. Improve the page and then, move it to mainspace.

9. Remove the Noindex tag, since articles arn't supposed to have them.

10. Add the "Moved" parameter on the Donated template.

11. Mark it on your log.
