Wikipedia:Usernames for administrator attention/End of CHU

This is a place to prepare and discuss the changes to existing templates for the upcoming WMF making changes to the way account renames are to be handled, detailed here.

We should discuss and flesh out the new wording on related templates to be ready to put in production as soon as the change becomes effective on or around 27 May 2013.

  • Though for some of them we put conditions on unblocking (e.g. spamublock): What to do now? Maybe just tell them to create an account but warn that if they continue the same pattern of edits they will be blocked.
• Work through flowchart: File:SUL_finalization.svg
• WP:CHU/SIMPLE and WP:CHU/SUL should be redirected to WP:CHU (to prevent any requests being made locally)
