Whether the demonym(s) of the people of the Republic of China are "Taiwanese", "Chinese" OR "Taiwanese and Chinese"
Whether the capital of the ROC is Taipei or Nanking.
Whether Taipei should be listed as "provisional" and Nanking as "official" (related to previous issue).

Additional issues to be mediated edit

Other parties can use this section to list any others issues they wish to include in the mediation. Please do not modify or remove any other party's listing. Please sign all additions to this section if there are more than two parties involved in this case.

Whether Wikipedia's mediation process is appropriate to determine political questions relating to the identity of a state when in reality the identity is disputed (as shown in various reliable sources). The mediation process should be dismissed because these issues are not appropriate for mediation, in particular, on the grounds of:-
- the issues involved are political questions, not questions determinable by Wikipedia or its editors;
- conflicting reliable soruces based on their own various points of view and vested interests;
- the edit wars relating to these issues have essentially come to a deadlock and no further intervention is necessary; and
- the mediation process is not a Wikipedia policy making forum and these issues are political questions, the mediation will not prevent future edit wars, and in particular, the process will not affect any editors outside this process. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pyl (talk • contribs)
