Wikipedia:Requests for feedback/2011 July 12

I have made couple of edits to the article based on various inputs from different Wikipedians but now want to move it for the final posting. Need advise as someone has mentioned that it might still qualify for G11.

I don't think it's ready. It does not provide sufficient independent sources. I've commented further on the article's Discussion page. Tango Mike Bravo (talk) 11:56, 12 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Kindly revirew this article.

Paine_Proffitt Seeking feedback on (relatively) new article on American-born artist, Paine Proffitt.

edit

Grateful for feedback/approval to remove the 'new unreviewed article' message. Article is on an American-born artist, Paine Proffitt, known for his sporting works and his depiction of the "working man's life". Finbofinbo (talk) 11:26, 12 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Michael J Wade Please review this new article. My first wikipedia article. Have received feedback from other people who know Wade.

I have been working on this for the past two days, and would like comments before bringing it into mainspace.

First time writing an article from scratch...researched, linked and cited as much as I could per the instructions. Any comments/suggestions are welcome!

Thanks

I'm still puzzleled what to do more to prove that International Random film Festival is an actual annual event. As requested, here are some News articles about the International Random Film Festival. It is an actual Film Festival, not a joke:

  • [1], Article in Hufvudstadsbladet about the founder Hannaleena Hauru, and the 2nd Edition of the Festival in Bór Zapilski, Poland.
  • [2], Article about the festival's 2nd edition in Poland in [onet.pl], the largest Polish web portal.
  • [3] Article and TV-spot on TVS, Poland - Television Silesia, free TV channel in Katowice, Silesia.

A notable street in Brooklyn, NY. Can anyone check for grammar/and possibly to add information I may have missed? Much appreciated!

That was not an article, it was a how-to and directory. Wikipedia is not a "how-to" manual; neither is it a directory service. You were trying to use us to advertise things, albeit with the very best of intentions; the advertisement has been deleted. --Orange Mike | Talk 20:27, 13 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
