What are the size dimensions of the front tire of the Boeing 717-23S? edit

What are the size dimensions of the front tire of the Boeing 717-23S? I am attempting to replicate the tire through 3D printing and was wondering what the original specs are so that a smaller replica of the tire can be printed. Which one has the right shade for both the flag of the coat of arms? Seriously, all of the false images had to be deleted to prevent confusion.

The first of those flags most closely matches the shade of blue shown on the Riga City Council website [7]: The coat of arms on that site appears to have the lighter grey shield - but I cannot actually see any difference between your three images with that lighter background. In traditional European heraldry, the exact shades of the tinctures do not matter, probably because when heraldry arose in the 12th century, available paints, etc., were both variable and not colour fast. It's only in modern times, when paints, inks etc. can be precisely specified and are stable over time that some bodies have begun to issue style sheets for their heraldic emblems that define precise Pantone or other specification of colours to be used in specific circumstances.
