editDifference between interlingual homographs and interlexical homographs?
editI'm currently copyediting an article, Bilingual lexical access, and I've come across two terms: "interlingual homographs" and "interlexical homographs". Are the terms different, or are they interchangeable? "Interlexical homographs" were suddenly introduced without a wikilink or a same-page explanation. --Tenryuu 🐲 ( 💬 • 📝) 03:55, 9 March 2020 (UTC)
- Both terms are present in the oldest revision. I think they mean the same: homographs shared between languages are homographs shared between their lexica. --Lambiam 07:24, 9 March 2020 (UTC)
