Hi Flylikeaneagle69. I've moved your question to here where there might be some experts who can help.
Is your webspace under your control? I see that all pages currently give an error message. Is this a problem with the server you rent space on, or have you deleted all content yourself? I'm not an expert, but I would first use a different computer to log in to the web server, change your admin password, and delete all ftp access, then delete all content, then copy your local version of the pages back to the webspace and check that it remains stable without spam being added. If it does remain stable, then you can add back ftp access, as required, with new passwords. If the spam reappears then possibly the problem is at the server end and you need to contact the company that rents you the space. If this doesn't make sense to you, then perhaps you have a different arrangement with the web company. Dbfirs 11:19, 4 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
The actual website for the Utah Office for Victims of Crime is https://justice.utah.gov/Crime/ 209.149.113.5 (talk) 14:39, 4 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, so the utahofficeforvictimsofcrime.com website is just a cheap imitation that was registered six months ago. Perhaps namecheaphosting.com can help with the problem? Dbfirs 15:35, 4 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I have a hard time thinking of a legitimate reason to register a domain name consisting of the name of a government department when one is not affiliated with that department. Perhaps a misguided do-gooder trying to preempt a bad guy registering the domain to use for phishing? In that case, I would say the original poster should contact said department and offer to transfer the domain name to them, except I have a bit of a feeling they may have committed a crime, even if unintentionally, as falsely representing oneself as a government agency may be illegal. I would probably consult a lawyer before contacting the department. The alternative is that the requester is said bad guy making an amateurish attempt at phishing, in which case we clearly aren't going to help, and might want to report this to the department, which can likely challenge the domain name and have it transferred to them. --47.146.63.87 (talk) 20:47, 4 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Comparing / combining audio tracks to extract background music

edit

I have three audio tracks with background music and someone speaking over the top of the music. In each track the background music is identical but the speaking is different. Is there any way to somehow analyze the three tracks and extrapolate ONLY the background music from them while removing the speaking? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 182.202.223.25 (talk) 15:35, 4 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Audacity can remove vocals rather well, so it should be able to remove speaking from just one track. You could theoretically remove it from all three and then merge all three tracks into one to overdub any artifacts, but I don't think it will work well because I seriously doubt the three tracks will play at the exact same speed. Even the slightest speed difference in, say, a 3 minute track will end up with one track ending many seconds before the other track. 209.149.113.5 (talk) 17:38, 4 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
