How to install Lollipop Custom ROM in Lenovo A6000..?

Hi, I'm a newbie to Android. My Lenovo A6000 with its Vibe UI is very slow. So, I decided to install custom ROM in it. I've got this link from xda with steps. But after reading I don't understand it clearly. Could anyone simply the steps please..?--Joseph 11:56, 12 October 2015 (UTC)

Where are you stuck? Did you download the file? Did you copy it to your SD card? Did you reboot into TWRP recovery mode? Did you select the file from your SD card? 199.15.144.250 (talk) 13:47, 12 October 2015 (UTC)

Google notifications not working

In Gmail, I have a number indicating I have 2 Google notifications. When I click on it I get a rotating sphere and "Opening..." but nothing more ever happens. Is this a known bug ? Is there a workaround ? (If you want to create a notification to test it yourself, one way is to do a Google review, then the next day there should be a notification that they either accepted or rejected it.)
