I think this picture would be a suitable Featured Picture because it is a beautiful photo that woukd remind everyone of the widely celebrated annual Hindu, Jain and Sikh festival, Deepavali,"The festival of lights". It would make an ideal featured picture for that day. It will also serve as a reminder that deepavali is a festival of lights and not crackers.
