Criteria for applying Pending Changes edit
Part 1 edit
Please endorse one of the following two statements:
A. Pending Changes may be applied only to protect pages from vandalism edit
- Endorse this statement if you believe that Pending Changes should never be used to protect Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons or any other articles from any kind of non-vandalistic edits, including hoaxes, rumor, libel, unverifiable information, etc.
- If you endorse this statement, please skip Part 2 and proceed to Part 3.

B. Pending Changes may be applied to protect pages from vandalism and certain other kinds of unconstructive edits. edit
- Endorse this statement if you believe that Pending Changes should be used in some situations beyond vandalism.
- If you endorse this statement, please provide your opinion on each of the statements in Part 2 below.

If you believe that Pending Changes should be used in some situations other than vandalism, please indicate whether you agree, disagree or are neutral on the following statements.
Pending Changes may be applied to protect pages from violations of the policy on Biographies of Living Persons (WP:BLP) edit
Pending Changes may be applied to protect pages from persistent violations of core content policies (i.e., WP:V, WP:NOR, WP:NPOV) edit

Criteria for rejecting edits edit
- Please endorse one of the following three statements:
Reviewers may reject only those edits that violate one or more of the criteria for applying Pending Changes. edit
- For instance, if consensus in the previous section of this RfC is to apply PC only to protect pages from vandalism and BLP violations, reviewers may reject a pending edit only if it constitutes vandalism or a clear BLP violation.
Reviewers may reject any edit that clearly violates any Wikipedia policy or guideline. edit
- Reviewers should be prepared to cite the applicable policy or guideline they are enforcing in rejecting any such edit.
Reviewers may use their judgment to reject any edit that would significantly harm the page's quality if approved. edit
- Reviewers rejecting such edits should be prepared to explain precisely how a given edit would harm the page.
