What are campaigns?
editCampaigns are collections of items that need labels based on human judgement. They are often collections of revisions, pages, users or other interesting Wikipedia artifacts. The system is designed to be flexible to new item types. Contributors can request worksets --smaller batches of items for labeling-- from a campaign.
