Okay, fellow ICU "residents," this one will take some major surgery. The subject matter is way out of my league, but obviously the article needs major cleanup. Lots of redlinks for names whose notability is uncertain. Paragraph breaks are greatly needed. Someone with knowledge of history on the subcontinent would be a big help.
