Original – Ukiyo-e woodblock print, A woman playing a large suspended drum (tsuridaiko), part of A set of five prints for the Hisakataya poetry circle by Yashima Gakutei, c. 1827.

Reason: High quality ukiyo-e scan from the Google Art Project. Good EV for the art style, as well as a record of historical use of taiko drums.

~~Weak~~ Support Excellent scan, and great picture, but there is no article for either Yashima Gakutei or A woman playing a large suspended drum (tsuridaiko) or A set of five prints for the Hisakataya poetry circle.
