Original – Tancredo Neves in 1979, as senator of Minas Gerais

Reason: Not the lead (maybe it should be? I don't like messing with lead image choice too much), but a good image, showing a part of his career well.

Fixed. My apologies. The English version is shorter because most of the Portuguese is a short biography of Neves; we have an article for that; instead I focused on what we know about the image itself, which I think is a little buried in the Portuguese.
