Original – Midori Tatematsu performing live with Lovebites at Wacken Open Air 2018 in Wacken, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.

Reason: High quality and energetic picture of a musician at work. I particularly like it because it conveys her intensity and concentration. It also works as an example of "guitar face" without the player looking silly. Good images of musicians performing live are not easy to come by.

It was added to Vibrato systems for guitar after nomination so I don't think that can be considered here. But having a Wikipedia article dedicated to the specific person seen in the photo is not one of the criteria for promotion, so I don't see Charles' and Janke's reasoning.
