Original – View of the entire island of Crete, taken from the International Space Station.

Reason: This photo shows an excellent view of the island with great EV, also demonstrating the phenomenon of sunglint from light reflecting off the sea.

I wanna support but there appears to be some posterization and the sunlight is detracting from the subject (Crete) in the articles where it is used. I've seen much better quality satellite images at FPC (t · c) buidhe 04:08, 6 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
