It is a detailed image giving a good view of the subject, and provokes interest into the under water capabilities of the animal. 4. The licence is public domain. 5. It adds value to the article, illustrating their water-borne side along with the caption, as well as their posture when swimming. 6. It is supported by information from the NOAA. 7. the caption is informative, Latin name could be added however it is not the first picture in the image, can easily add if required. 8. It has had no digital manipulation by me, and NOAA doesnt not mention any.
