Original – The Brusio spiral viaduct in Switzerland, is a single track nine-arched stone spiral railway viaduct, part of the World Heritage-listed Bernina Railway. It is located in Brusio, in the Canton of Graubünden.
Reason
The image is of high quality and provides a compelling overview of an uncommon engineering solution, part of a World Heritage Site.
