That storm is included in the nomination, as it became a hurricane in its life cycle.     • Yea, operationally it wasn't classified as a tropical cyclone. This was to prevent confusion with the media/public, since the storm originated from a major coastal storm, and it wasn't expected to be a significant threat. --♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 16:31, 8 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
