Unless the authors or winners are famous enough, there should not be a link on names or poems or essays or individual works. These should all be removed. Colin Kelly and Jimmy Carter were left linked as these are well known Atlanta authors and poet. The main article is a stub.
The 2004 article needs some cleanup.
