Question: Could you elaborate slightly, Rusty4321? I don't understand (A) how/where it was that Amalley0627 attempted to upload a file (whether here or in Commons), (B) how attempting to upload a file is related to the particular filter, or (C) how the particular filter (which I don't claim to understand well) prevented the edit.
