The operator of Vision Four as of 1994 was Day Time Sdn Bhd. At the time, Vision Four was fined for circumventing a 1988 law prohibiting the airing of in-house programming in hotels and condominiums.[1]
Programmes are in English and include movies, dramas, lifestyle programmes and documentaries.
