Hello, I'm Roundish. I noticed that you recently removed content from Glycan without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Hey Roundish. I removed the sentence I have previsouly added because that is my own work and I did not want it to look like I am promoting myself.

If you think that is a valuable information, I would appreciate if you added it instead. Zvmlinaric (talk) 23:07, 27 October 2022 (UTC)Reply

Here on Wikipedia it doesn't really matter if it was your own work, it was published and can be considered a reliable source. If it's your own work and you're using it to POV-push then it's an issue, but it looks okay!
This is an interesting case for the policy on no original research, but you're in the clear, because you added a citation, again, doesn't matter if it was your work in there.
Also responded on my talk page. --Roundishtc) 23:23, 27 October 2022 (UTC)Reply
