Request reason:

My account has been blocked from editing because my *former* username ('KAP Jasa') "gave the impression that the account represents a group, club, organization, company, or website".
My former username was "the principal reason for the block"; I have requested a change of my username from 'KAP Jasa' to 'ZmajiZmajiZmaji'. The request was granted, I have a new username now.

As the message says, "You are welcome to continue editing after you have chosen a new username that complies with Wikipedia's username policy" - so I would respectfully ask to unblock me.

I have submitted an appeal through UTRS, but it was declined as I still have access to my 'talk' page, and was instructed to post my unblock request here for administrator review.
