Paignton Rugby Football Club

edit

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Paignton Rugby Football Club, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. –MDCollins (talk) 10:43, 1 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Ok - fair enough you want to work on the article. That is up to you. Why don't you ask somebody at WikiProject Rugby - a group of people dedicated to working on all Rugby related articles - to give you a hand and tell you what you need to do to reach their standards for Rugby-related articles. In the mean time, I have fixed the category issue for you (categories are case sensitive, so in order to obtain the link to "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:English_rugby_union_teams", you just need to add Category:English rugby union teams to the bottom of the page.
The usual place for leaving comments about articles is on the article discussion page (talk page), found, rather like this page, by clicking on the "discussion" tab at the top of the page. In order to have conversations with people about articles, you must sign all comments by putting four tildes, like this: ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. This marks it with your username, the date and the time. If I can help you around in anyway, feel free to post a message on my talk page, or reply to this message here on yours. I'll put a watch on it, so I can tell if you, or anybody else, posts here. –MDCollins (talk) 23:07, 1 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of File:Clubfront.jpg

edit

The file File:Clubfront.jpg has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Small, low resolution. Can be replaced with c:File:Queens Park Clubhouse - geograph.org.uk - 2186952.jpg and c:File:Prfc-clubhouse.JPG

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated files}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the file's talk page.

Please consider addressing the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated files}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and files for discussion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. --Minorax«¦talk¦» 10:36, 16 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
