editI removed your recent addition to the article, which included a section entitled "Similarities to the real world." Although I see your point about the movie having many fictional subplots and characters, it is imperitive that statements such as these contain sources. Because you did not cite your sources, it may be considered original research, which is a big no-no on Wikipedia. Also, I did see the movie, and I have to agree with the previous editor who reverted your comment; the movie is in fact based on, not "inspired from," the Battle. To say that an event was inspiration for a movie implies that the film itself has little to do with this event, I believe. Also, the correct English is "inspired by," in case you were confused. Your blog
editI have removed the entire section you added, which you supported by citing your own blog. blogs are NOT reliable sources, per WP:ATT. Further, everything cited there is either Original research, also prohibited by Wikipedia policy, or speculation, or your personal rants against the film, and apparently, the West as a whole. Please do NOT readd it. ThuranX 06:31, 11 March 2007 (UTC)
FYI Zirnevis.com is not a blog, it is the major Persian website in writing reviews and information about English movies. Zirnevis 07:30, 11 March 2007 (UTC)

Cyrus (film)
editA proposed deletion template has been added to the article Cyrus (film), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you endorse deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of the page. Cyrus (Film) deletion
editI have deleted your tag out of the article. and I wanted to let you know that it is not fair to tag an article for deletion when you didn't understand the or didn't fully read the article. The external link to that documentary didn't have anything to do with the movie Cyrus (which is does not have release date set yet). It was only mentioned there as a form a reference that this project exist and it is confirmed by someone else. I'm not sure whether videos are considered to be a reference so I put it under external links.
so for your purpose I have taken out that reference so you can't assume it was to gain any support or donation or fund to that person who made that documentary. 19:12, 16 November 2007 Zirnevis
- Well, to be fair, you said it was a "short movie about the Cyrus project" and it was indeed a short movie about a Cyrus project, just not the Cyrus project the article was about. Okay, thats fine. So lets consider the movie. There are two articles from 2003 that mention it: [1] and [2]. There is nothing further in IMDB or anything that indicates that the movie is currently in production. Rather, we have this message board [3] from 2004 which indicates that the film makers are still waiting for funds. That also appears to be where your "wish" list comes from - though connecting any of these actors to the movie is just pure speculation. Finally, I found this [4] which indicates that the movie is still planning to be made, but there are no reliable sources to back it up. To summarize, we do have reliable articles that indicate that the movie was in the planning stages. What we don't know is the current status of the movie, and we certainly don't have any reliable sources to say who the cast will be. That violates both the the WP:CRYSTAL Wikipedia is not a crystal ball and film notability guidelines. But to be fair, I'll wait a little bit before nominating this article for deletion, to let you get some time to get some more sources. I would say that the most important source you can get is a reliable source indicating that the current budget is still the most expensive British movie ever made and/or that it is currently in production - that would satisfy WP:MOVIE fully. I'm going to remove the "wishlist" cast, add the two sources, and add some cleanup tags. Thank you. CosmicPenguin (Talk) 15:27, 17 November 2007 (UTC)

Re:Deletion?
editIf you are talking about Abbas Kargar Javid, I did not delete the article, I merely redirected it. He is not notable in his own right, and any important information should be included in the article about the death. For more information, see this part of our biographies of living people policy, the fact Wikipedia is not a news service and the appropriate section of our notability guidelines. J Milburn (talk) 13:01, 20 July 2009 (UTC)
- Did you even read the linked policy pages? The article should not exist. If you want to work on the subject, I recommend you direct your energies at death of Neda Agha-Soltan. J Milburn (talk) 13:27, 20 July 2009 (UTC)
- Sorry, you're wrong there. Neda and this chap are both notable because of an event- Neda's death- and so should both be covered in the article on Neda's death. (However, judging from the comment below, your sources may be poor- I would obviously not support the inclusion of information about a potential suspect if there are no sources.) J Milburn (talk) 13:40, 20 July 2009 (UTC)
- You're wrong too, If I one something is not valid. but one says something and is repeated on TV then it becomes valid. If I make statement in my personal weblog is not truth. but if my statement reaches the roof then it becomes valid. I The weblog is a personal and official weblog of the eye witness. you've translated and quoted his video interview with BBC, but you have erased his weblog quotes. That is unfair. You're absolutely wrong. the purpose of wikipedia is to provide for fact information and to gather more information by support from community and then suddenly it considers community information as rubbish information?
Death of Neda Agha-Soltan
editIf you wish to add allegations as to the identity of a murderer you must provide impeccable sources. Blogs and other self-published sources are completely unsuitable. Consequently, I have removed the Assailant section which you added. Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons contains guidelines for what is acceptable. CIreland (talk) 13:37, 20 July 2009 (UTC)
- There are many news website in Persian language. I will update the article once more.Zirnevis (talk) 13:57, 20 July 2009 (UTC)
Re:Fair to delete without any argument?
