Using my User Page as a Template edit

Hey. I'm Thrilled that my user-page was useful as a template for yours but do you mind personalizing yours allitle such as by removing the lines that only pertain to me. For instance I started to collected lots of User boxes and then via elimination got the the ones I have now. Your page copied my claim and claims to have it's one subpage but that is only true for my page.

I would suggest you remove the section on "User boxes" because My description does not apply to you. you may also want to go through all the Wikipedia Philosophies to make sure you agree with the same one i have. I'm Glad if you agree with me on everything but I'd Be surprised if you believed Exactly what i Believed. Please put some of it into your own words.

If you need help i can Help you with your user-page. Make some statement's on it.--E-Bod 21:00, 28 April 2006 (UTC)Reply

American Idiot edit

Hi, Zingazin. Um, on all of the American Idiot infoboxes, you've put the label as Geffen. Are you sure? One the Green Day and Reprise Records articles, it says Reprise Records. And on the back of my Green Day albums, it says Reprise. Can you verify your info, please? Thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.102.6.247 (talkcontribs) on 05:28, 1 May 2006

Orphaned non-free image (Image:AVA logo.jpg) edit

Thanks for uploading Image:AVA logo.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 21:03, 14 May 2007 (UTC)Reply

Non-free use disputed for Image:Mcs-commit-this-to-memory.jpg edit

  This file may be deleted.

Thanks for uploading Image:Mcs-commit-this-to-memory.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read carefully the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content and then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 22:43, 5 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Sum 41 - Sake Bombs and Happy Endings.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Sum 41 - Sake Bombs and Happy Endings.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Project FMF (talk) 20:29, 3 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open! edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
