Hi Zigzag. You might want to look at this image as an example of how to upload a fair use image. The image is not a promotional photo--or at least, there is no page explicitly identifying it as such, which would be necessary for us to consider it as such. Thus, the {{Non-free fair use in}} tag is most appropriate. Note also the rationale explaining why it meets our criteria for using fair use images; this is required of all fair use images, and is very important to fill out.
