Welcome!

Hello, Zazscholar, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{help me}} before the question. Again, welcome!

The Wikipedia community has permitted administrators to impose discretionary sanctions on any editor who is active on any page about social groups, explicitly including caste associations and political parties, related to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. If you engage in further inappropriate behavior in this area, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or an article ban. The discussion leading to the imposition of these sanctions can be read here.

Please familiarise yourself with the information page at Wikipedia:General sanctions.

It seems likely that you have just registered after contributing some unacceptable material to Paravar as an IP and being warned several times as a consequence of that. While it is great that you have registered a username, it does not absolve you of responsibility to ensure that your edits comply with our policies regarding verifiability by use of reliable sources. I left the above warning about sanctions that are in place in this particular sphere of Wikipedia on the IP's talk page a few minutes ago. I do the same here now, just in case you are a different person, however unlikely that seems. Thanks. - Sitush (talk) 05:47, 19 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Paravar. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Please be particularly aware, Wikipedia's policy on edit warring states:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made; that is to say, editors are not automatically "entitled" to three reverts.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Sitush (talk) 05:54, 19 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Please will you read our policy regarding reliable sources and how to add them to articles. Thanks. - Sitush (talk) 06:01, 19 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked from editing for a period of a day for edit warring, as you did at Paravar. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.

During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. Salvio Let's talk about it! 13:08, 19 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

Furthermore, as an uninvolved administrator, I am hereby placing you under an indefinite revert restriction, as per this community discussion. From now onwards, you may only make one revert and then you have to start discussing on the article's talk page. If you make more than one revert per 24 hours you will be blocked.
