Hi there; reference your minor changes to spelling in the spondylolisthesis article. There are a number of words in the English language which are spelled differently on diiferent sides of the Atlantic. Foetus/fetus is one such. The convention in Wikipedia is that such spellings, which are correct here and incorrect there or vice-versa, are not normally edited from one form to the other.
