Your additions to the article Protein Purification are insightful and unbiased. These additions help the reader to better understand the process of protein purification and have a more in depth description. I enjoyed how you went through the different topics and how it flowed from one part to the next. I think that if you were to swap 4.9 HPLC with 4.8 Purification of a Tagged Protein it would help even more with the flow. The reader would have a more precise grouping as it would have thus been grouped with the other chromatography methods. Compared to the original Wikipedia page I enjoyed and understood the flow of your page better.

Overall I think the edits that you added helped the page to have a better flow and help with overall comprehension. However looking through the articles used for citation it is clear that the page could definitely use some newer citations as the majority of papers were dated from the 1990s and 2000s.
