Good job on your "public relations" wiki article. I think you did a great job overall. I just have some minor suggestions and notes for you. :)
I feel like the lead is a little bit too detail-oriented. Maybe simplify it a little bit and make it more easy to read and follow along with? Also, I understand that it's a difficult to capture "public relations" into an image, but if possible, include at least 1 image that correlates or relates with public relations.
And to maintain consistency, I feel like sticking with public relations or public relation rather than mixing both into the article (i.e. the last sentence of the first paragraph uses public relation while in other accounts, public relations is used). I also liked the use of linking other articles from your article, I feel like it was all used during appropriate times.
In terms of formatting, I personally feel like "The History of PR in Russia" could be categorized under the general history. Having the history of PR in Russia separate feels a little out of place.
I really liked how all of the different kinds of PR tactics were included. All of it is very detailed and includes just the right amount of information. Since public relations is a controversial subject, I like how you recognized and included the ethical segment of PR and particularly the dark public relations.
