Well Bulbapedia is useless edit

Well that's why I don't use Bulbapedia.

Anyways, I haven't done much work to Pokémon Platinum because frankly there isn't a lot to work on until the game is release. Also I haven't been very active on Wikipedia lately. Artichoker[talk] 15:43, 6 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

I don't know much about Bulbapedia, but it seems they only have about 30 admins and they are a very tight group. Useight (talk) 15:10, 10 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

"Please?" edit

You said on my talk page, "And given the past with Atom i wonder why or how he even came to the article for Please." Well, it could be a simple coincidence that he went to the Please article. Or it could be that he happened to stumble upon the conversation on Talk:Cincinnati, Ohio and then naturally went to the Please article. Or it could be that he is watching your contributions. Or it could be something else entirely. I have no idea how he came to make the edit you referenced on my talk page. Perhaps ask him what led him there. January 2009 edit

Thank you for your recent contributions to the List of Dragon Ball characters article. While the Wikipedia community appreciates your efforts to increase the amount of information on the site, we cannot accept sources that appear to be the original work of the editor. If the material you added can be attributed to a reliable source, you may add it back if you cite it. This increases the reputation of Wikipedia as a whole and aids in the verifiability of the article. Lord Sesshomaru (talkedits) 16:44, 28 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Just because other areas of Wikipedia need work, does not precedent that one can add unsourced content wherever they like. Either cite that data with reliable references (i.e., the Viz manga), or keep it off of there. Lord Sesshomaru (talkedits) 19:40, 29 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
Again, because something isn't cited elsewhere doesn't mean one can ignore policies. It's like suggesting it's okay to vandalize just because there is vandalism out there. Both methods are unconstructive, and just as blockable. Lord Sesshomaru (talkedits) 19:48, 29 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
So its alright to keep info that isn't cited, but its not ok to add info that isn't cited. Yami (talk) 19:53, 29 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
If you REALLY wanna know about citations and when to actually source things, ask User:Collectonian. She's more of an expert at this kind of stuff than I (though I doubt she'll tell you anything different). Lord Sesshomaru (talkedits) 19:58, 29 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
I'm still looking into the situation fully, but here's what I've got so far. Based on WP:BURDEN, "Any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be attributed to a reliable, published source using an inline citation." Now, obviously the content that Yami added has been "challenged", but I'm wondering about the "likely to be challenged". There's a ton of unsourced material in that article that seems to be equally "likely to be challenged". However, it is up to the person who added the content to source it. But, on the other hand, sufficient time should be given to find a source before outright removing the content (with the exception of negative unsourced content on BLP). However, I'm wondering why Sesshomaru undid this edit. Useight (talk) 20:16, 29 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
I couldn't rv the edits with the undo feature without having to get to that first. Lord Sesshomaru (talkedits) 17:12, 30 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
Fair enough. Useight (talk) 21:49, 30 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
well i can't guess why, but there is not one thing even cited in the 17 portion, yet he removed my addition. I would like to say Wiki own here, but last time i said that was against a article/person i wound up banned.
anyone who has seen the anime/ read the manga knows most of this material, but to please wiki we have to cite. Yet much of this is uncited, and the second i add similar info, I'm caught up into a unfair accusation of original work and told to cite. Yami (talk) 20:25, 29 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
Both of you, read User talk:Collectonian#List of Dragon Ball characters. Your contributions are not helping. Lord Sesshomaru (talkedits) 17:12, 30 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Should Persecution of Falun Gong be renamed into something else? edit

That is the question that is repeated again here: Talk:Persecution of Falun Gong#Requesting Move. Since you are not an involved editor, would it be possible for you to provide an input? Thank you in advance for your time! --HappyInGeneral (talk) 18:28, 2 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Photo request edit

Since you are from the Cincinnati area, if you want, would you mind photographing the corporate headquarters of Comair? They are on Comair Boulevard at Cincinatti Airport. WhisperToMe (talk) 23:05, 26 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
