Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 2001:470:E24C:200:309B:482D:AC05:15A5 . This is part of a network I receive through an IPv6 in IPv4 tunnel ( 2001:470:E24C::/48). This is not open. This network has been mine and only mine, through an account I hold with hurricane electric, for more than 15 years. Please reevaluate why you are considering this an open or anonymising proxy. Decline reason:

No can do as the underlying /32 range is not only blocked, it's globally locked so it's above our heads. Your best option is to request global IP block exemption or edit from a different IP. — Daniel Case (talk) 07:15, 18 February 2024 (UTC)
