Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 2001:470:E24C:200:309B:482D:AC05:15A5 . This is part of a network I receive through an IPv6 in IPv4 tunnel ( 2001:470:E24C::/48). This is not open. This network has been mine and only mine, through an account I hold with hurricane electric, for more than 15 years. Please reevaluate why you are considering this an open or anonymising proxy. Decline reason:

No can do as the underlying /32 range is not only blocked, it's globally locked so it's above our heads. Your best option is to request global IP block exemption or edit from a different IP. — Daniel Case (talk) 07:15, 18 February 2024 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
