Date linking edit

Please read the policy: Wikipedia:Manual of Style (dates and numbers)#Autoformatting and linking before de-linking any more dates. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tcsetattr (talkcontribs) 18:07, 5 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for referring me to a disputed section of date linking policy. I am not alone on Wikipedia in believing that non-notable very modern dates are better off unlinked. Woodsylass 20:02, 5 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
All right, from the wording of your edit summary and the fact that I found it under "newbies contributions" it looked like you were unaware of it so I thought I'd give you a hint. --tcsetattr (talk / contribs) 20:11, 5 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Misunderstanding of "neutrality" edit

Neutrality is not about ensuring a "fair" or "objective" viewpoint, nor is it about ensuring that the language of articles is PC and non-offensive. It is about ensuring that all notable points of view are represented in proportion to their prominence. That is being "neutral" is not taking a particular position, but rather just relating the information at hand in reliable sources. In specific, no one disputes that the victims of the massacre were murdered, to my knowledge.[1] I hope this helps clarify the issue. Be well! Vassyana 01:42, 11 September 2007 (UTC)Reply
