January 2019 edit
I notice that your two most recent edits have been to include links to Norwegian articles. You may not realise, but in general inter-language links are now provided through Wikidata. There are limitations in Wikidata, in that it only handles one-to-one links so can't always handle situations where different language Wikipedias have different breakdown of article scope, but as a starting point you should try the Wikidata route, either through the "Edit links" option at the bottom of the list of languages in the left-hand menu bar, or through the "Wikidata item" option, again in the left-hand menu bar.
