Thanks for posting the outline. Please indicate what section you are writing. As I said on your User Talk page, everyone on your team must post the outline on their User Talk Page and indicate what section they are working on. I also forgot to remind you that your team's outline needs to go on the ARTICLE Talk Page (i.e. the talk page for the Columbia River Treaty). This will signal your intentions to readers of the page. So just to recap, each member of the team has to post the outline on his/her User Talk Page AND indicate there what section or sections that person is working on. Someone also has to post the outline on the Article Talk Page too, for the reasons I just stated. Okay? --Greentina (talk) 02:14, 9 March 2012 (UTC)
