Sorry its taken me some time to respond to your request. Have been overseas for the last six weeks & whilst I saw your query I haven't been in a position to follow up. A quick check indicates that the article can be found at [1]. As per SatuSoro's comments, you would need to question whether the quote really adds anything encyclopedic to the article. It is already clear that there are a number of individuals (qualified & unqualified - including HCWA and National Trust) who believe that the dwelling has significant heritage value. Probably what needs to be included is an update as to the current status. From my recent readings it would appear that Mr Creasy is looking at selling the property, in part or in whole, and does not want to spend any money maintaining or restoring the dwelling.
