Hello and welcome. In your contributions to Benedictus Buns I notice you translated "monch" as "priest", but the literal translation is "monk". If you think monk is the correct word I'll leave to you to change. --Richhoncho (talk) 19:54, 31 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Benedictus Buns

edit

To get an index we need to create another heading - which I felt was too much editing for me to do. What I would suggest is to add another heading entitled "Compositions" and list some (or all of his compostions. This will create the index. You forgot to sign my userpage, but the bot has done it for you. Write on my user page if you think I can be of any further help.--Richhoncho (talk) 20:34, 31 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Thank you for your message. I will add all compositions by Buns. Thanks Wim Goossens

Don't worry, I will, if nobody else does before me give it a full copyedit. If you look above at the blue buttons when you are in edit mode there's are the usual wiki input buttons.--Richhoncho (talk) 22:33, 31 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Further comments. To get this article up to full Wiki standard, we need in text quotes - I have done a couple of these, but you will be more familiar where the information comes from. Also, we need to try and expand the "what links here" - if he is as important as you suggest, then there should be more links into this article. Some of it reads as "original research" which is not acceptable at WP. I have more copyedit to do, but you must check I haven't made mistakes of understanding and/or silly mistakes. If I think of anything else I'll make a note here. --Richhoncho (talk) 12:25, 1 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
Redlinks. Just means the article hasn't been created in the English Wikipedia. Hopefully, as WP expands they will become bluelinks. If you think it's worth it you can either start another article, or request an article be started. --Richhoncho (talk) 14:06, 1 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
I've added the ref you tried to add, have a look at section 8, which has automatically changed. This should help you. Also see WP:CITE --Richhoncho (talk) 14:27, 1 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button   located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 14:50, 1 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
