Interesting and well researched so far. My only concern is the breadth of the subject. Like healthcare disparity in MA specifically seems very narrow. You could instead just write about healthcare disparity and create a new article for that, if it does not exist, and generally explain the concept behind healthcare disparity and create a section just for MA. Healthcare disparity in Massachusetts - Review

In terms of the format of the article, I think your first section shouldn't actually be titled so that it appears above the content box. I think the article is a really good start for other contributors to expand on. You do a great job including lots of information from different sources, which provides a solid base for the article. One thing you could consider adding is a history of healthcare disparity in Massachusetts and how it has changed over time.
