Orphaned non-free image File:Example Bangers & Ballads.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Example Bangers & Ballads.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 17:19, 1 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did on Brighter Days. This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. You have been cautioned already about adding unsourced content. Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 10:28, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

September 2018 - 2 edit

You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Brighter Days. Magnolia677 (talk) 09:56, 22 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Sources edit

When you create an article for which sources are required it is not enough just that the sources exist. You are required to add citations and/or references within the article as appropriate, something which you have consistently failed to do over a considerable period. Please consider this a warning; you will be blocked from editing here if you are unwilling to abide by this ruling. ----Anthony Bradbury"talk" 11:52, 11 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

October 2018 edit

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did on Bylaw (EP). This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This is a third-level warning as you were already reverted yesterday and have received recent warnings from other editors. It does not matter on Wikipedia what you claim somebody said. You need to provide a reliable source proving it per WP:V. That is our most basic policy. Ss112 00:36, 19 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

How is that unsourced? Garrix clearly said he'd be releasing 5 singles from 15th October to 19th October, 4 of them had been released as of the 18th so it was beyond obvious he'd be releasing the last single on the 19th?..... -- $pongeP@ppy (talk) 13:11, 20 October 2018 (UTC)Reply

I'm Not Alone by Calvin Harris was also on a Billboard dance airplay chart edit

Good evening $pongeP@ppy. Today I was researching on Google and other search engines to know whether the song I'm Not Alone by Calvin Harris was on any other international chart that was not featured in the article. But when I went on to Billboard 's website and search "Calvin Harris" and go to the Hot Dance Airplay chart history, I'm Not Alone was on the chart for a week at No. 23. Since I found the verifiable information of a Billboard chart that the song was on and I saw your edit of the 2019 release section of the song, I want for you to include the Billboard Dance Airplay chart in the charts section to include the info with the following link, Cite error: There are <ref> tags on this page without content in them (see the help page).https://www.billboard.com/charts/hot-dance-airplay/2009-09-05 in the article of I'm Not Alone. Thank you. Forestfurry (talk) 23:11, 6 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

April 2019 edit

Hello, I'm Ss112. I noticed that you made one or more edits to an article, Jax Jones, concerning the updates of review statistics, box office numbers, sports statistics, or some other frequently updated data with a fixed web address, but you did not update the |access-date= parameter in the citation template. The |access-date= parameter is the full date when the content pointed to by the URL was last verified to be working and supporting the text being cited in the article. This means that the parameter needs to be updated whenever the content is updated. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you.   Hello, I'm Tarl N.. Your recent edit to the page S. M. Stirling bibliography appears to have added incorrect information, so it has been removed for now. If you believe the information was correct, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. I'm not sure where you got the revised dates from - paperback publication dates, perhaps? Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Terminator-2-John-Sarah-T-800.jpg edit

Thank you for uploading File:Terminator-2-John-Sarah-T-800.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Also:

This bot DID NOT nominate any file(s) for deletion; please refer to the page history of each individual file for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 01:00, 4 September 2019 (UTC)Reply

Unspecified source/license for File:Terminator Franchise Continuity.jpg edit

Thanks for uploading File:Terminator Franchise Continuity.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time after the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|cc-by-sa-4.0}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: Once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 00:03, 30 December 2019 (UTC)Reply

Ways to improve Wake Up, Sunshine edit

Hello, SpongePappy,

Thank you for creating Wake Up, Sunshine.

I have tagged the page as having some issues to fix, as a part of our page curation process and note that:

The article is a bit too detailed and is also written from the first persons POV, will need a big tidy up if it is to be curated through to the article mainspace

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Hughesdarren}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~. For broader editing help, please visit the Teahouse.

Sub Focus discography edit

Hello SpongePappy. I have undone two of your edits to Sub Focus discography because you have added chart peaks for the albums without separate sources. It is not the responsibility of the user reverting to provide a citation for the material you add to Wikipedia. It is the one adding the material, and that here is you. There is a Wikipedia guideline for this called WP:BURDEN. Can you please provide a source for the chart peaks before adding them again? Thank you. 1.42.129.18 (talk) 16:59, 18 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Also I undone your latest edit because you only provided one link in the edit summary and this was not on the page. This was also for only one of the albums when you added chart peaks for Sub Focus's three albums. 1.42.129.18 (talk) 17:02, 18 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Okay I have added the chart peaks that you were adding but with sources this time. If you add more chart peaks to other pages you need to add sources for this yourself. Thank you. 1.42.129.18 (talk) 17:08, 18 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

Please don't add unsourced chart positions edit

The citation in the header does not contain the Irish peak for "Body Moving", so you added unsourced chart positions to both Eliza Rose and Calvin Harris discography. Please don't do this in future—you've been here long enough to know not to add unsourced information. You need to cite the IRMA website with an additional citation directly when it updates, which is what I do every week. Thank you. Ss112 18:33, 24 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
