Sorry for the belated welcome, but the cookies are still warm!

Here's wishing you a belated welcome to Wikipedia, Williamarete. I see that you've already been around a while and wanted to thank you for your contributions. Though you seem to have been successful in finding your way around, you may benefit from following some of the links below, which help editors get the most out of Wikipedia:

Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page, consult Wikipedia:Questions, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there.

Again, welcome! Harkey (talk) 19:40, 13 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for creating an account and thank you for your feedback. Don't forget you can always get help by typing {{helpme}} on this page. You were quite right to take the issue to the talk page of the article. Beware of the reverting rules when you edit the article though.

See this page about notability. Your sources are all reliable but most newspapers have some sort of political slant so try to get as wide a range as possible. Coming up to an election is always a difficult time on Wikipedia because candidates' supporters sometimes like to put their guy wearing a halo and the others with horns!! Good luck!!--Harkey (talk) 20:48, 13 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
