Request reason:

I am being blocked by a purposeful vandal. First of all I want to be clear so that I am not seen to be attempting to decieve. I first started with the username FZY112233 because I was about to edit the page FZY. I then realized that this might leave the impression that I in some way represent that organization so I decided to discard that username and swap it for this one. I am not using this as a sock puppet. This is the only username I sahll use. I must mention that I did explain this to RolandR in advance. The reason I am being blocked it because I am attempting to de-stub the article FZY in a NPOV manner. The user RolandR has a specific vendetta against this organization that contraidcts his own political beliefs. He complains that I do not cite correctly but I believe this is not the case. I have actually tried to mkae it better in line with his suggestions but rather than helping me to edit the page he just mass deletes anything I do. I am a new user and I feel intimidated to alter a oage on a subject I know well. I feel Roland R should be giving me advice is he is an expert, not just mass deleting everything I attempt to do. Please do not rule in his favour simply because he is experience. His experience should bring with it a responsibiity not to use Wikipedia as a political tool
