{{helpme}} I uploaded a picture to Wikimedia Commons; how do I put it in an article here?

If you go to Help:Image, it will teach you everything you could ever want to know about using images in articles. Cheers! // roux   17:32, 22 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion of Endives

edit

Thank you for experimenting with Wikipedia. Your test worked, and the page that you created has been or soon will be deleted. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you want to do. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the article or have a copy emailed to you. manadude2 (talk) 23:46, 17 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

{{helpme}}I was wondering, how do you make a redirect to another page? Because I searched the word "endives" and it said it wasn't an article but "endive" was, so I wanted to make it redirect to that article.

This page should have how to do it. Sophus Bie (talk) 00:20, 18 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
I have placed #REDIRECT [[Endive]] on the redirect Endives. Cunard (talk) 00:24, 18 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Good work on Geyser Articles

edit

WB - Good work on the geyser articles. Keep it up. Remember when drafting articles in your talk space to put tags around the categories so the draft articles don't show up in the category pages.--Mike Cline (talk) 14:34, 2 February 2009 (UTC)Reply

Infobox hot spring

edit

Hi. I've been updating {{Infobox hot spring}}. You use that template on your subpage User:WikiBunny11/draft. I hope you don't mind but I've taken the prerogative and updated the Infobox parameter names for you. –droll [chat] 17:17, 25 October 2010 (UTC)Reply
