Request reason:

the user guidelines state that if my username had not got a promotional intention and I am not editing pages inappropriately then my account should not be blocked. If there are issues regarding my username then it is stated in the guidelines that I would be advised to change it, but it would not be obligatory. Therefore, as I have not inappropriately edited any pages, my username represents myself only and I am not using it for promotional purposes, I would appreciate if my account was unblocked-thank you. Decline reason:

I'm going to have to agree with Oshwah; since this is only a username block, you don't have to be using it for promotional purposes, but your username cannot give "the impression that the account represents a group, organization or website", "Wholesome Wiki" suggests a particular wiki that you might represent(even if you don't).
