Request reason:

I have learned my lesson, I want to contribute to the encyclopaedia, these accounts have been blocked indefinitely, and I really would like another chance. All I can give you is my word, and please take a look at User:WilliamMThompson's contributions, I have made good edits under that name, and I want another chance. Please instead of just denying this request and protecting this page, please talk to me, because I think you will find that all I ever wanted to do was contribute, I have made mistakes but I want to start again. So pondering my request, assume good faith, and please remember that blocks are meant to be preventative not punishment. I would like another name, like I want account creation to be blocked, so you know that I am not creating socks, but I would like an account created for me that allows me to edit and to show that I am well meaning.
