Hello! I am Whileworth. Thank you for pointing the image copyright issue out VernoWhitney I am currently obtaining an email as proof of permission to use these images, so for now I shall post the recommended OTRS pending template. (Whileworth (talk) 14:02, 18 September 2012 (UTC))

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

• Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-enwikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. Hi Fut.Perf. I appreciate your tag but I am unsure as to what type of image would be appropriate in this instance? The image I have chosen is published here http://www.ubs.com/global/en/about_ubs/media/global/images/executiveboard.html and therefore meets Wikipedia's criteria for fair use publicity photos (1. in an area of the site aimed at the press, 2. available in high resolution format, 3. clear copyright message and licence text permitting reproduction for certain purposes.) I therefore believe that Wikipedia considers itself to be covered under the "educational materials".

With permission from UBS I have tagged the photograph in the following way: UBS is cited as the source and copyright holder, the content included the Non-free promotional tag, the content included the Withpermission tag and the content was tagged with Non-free use rationale according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Non-free_use_rationale_guideline (see also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Non-free_use_rationale)

Can you point out to me the error with this upload?

Hello, Whileworth. Voting in the 2016 Arbitration Committee elections is open from Monday, 00:00, 21 November through Sunday, 23:59, 4 December to all unblocked users who have registered an account before Wednesday, 00:00, 28 October 2016 and have made at least 150 mainspace edits before Sunday, 00:00, 1 November 2016.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
